Former concert hall owner, past director of alternative housing at l’Association d’entraide Le Chaînon, and now Executive Director of Mouvement Action Découverte, Rainbow Charbonneau is a woman of action who has her community at heart. 

With firm roots in the field, Rainbow excels at coordinating large-scale projects while maintaining close connections with the people she supports. Her 20 years’ experience managing events, daily operations, human resources and buildings for the community sector has allowed her to develop extensive management expertise. Over the years, she has built up an impressive network, demonstrating her ability to nurture successful partnerships.
