Registration process

Who can register?

-Any person with an intellectual disability, a pervasive development disorder (PDD) and/or a physical handicap accompanied by an intellectual disability.

-Any person aged 16 or over. We have no age limit, provided the person is mobile and able to participate.

Registration for new users:

  1. Make an appointment with our Special Educator to fill out the necessary documents.
  2. A trial day will be scheduled.
  3. The user must become a MAD member by purchasing membership card at a cost of $15/year.

Registration for current users:

Registration dates are listed in the document on our Spring 2018 regular programming.

Users must have a valid membership card (renewed annually at a cost of $15, usually in the fall).
